This removes warning:
[Timing 38-316] Clock period '6.400' specified during out-of-context synthesis of instance 'phy_block.phys' at clock pin 'txusrclk2_in[0]' is different from the actual clock period '3.200', this can lead to different synthesis results.

More over this configuration matches example design.

[Synth 8-6060] Synth Warning: [XPM_MEMORY 30-25] MESSAGE_CONTROL (1) specifies simulation message reporting, but any potential collisions reported for this configuration should be further investigated in netlist timing simulations for improved accuracy.

It caused a warning.

Seems like the clock names has changed and these commands caused critical warnings.
I'm not implementing the design for now so it doesn't matter.

Probably a bug introduced during rebase.
