This saves some resources (memory in the switching core) as we no longer forward
frames to the endpoints that have no fiber connected.

[swcore/rtu] added abort from input_block@swcore to rtu - in case where frame is dropped (ouput stuck) and rtu is processing when we finish with the frame... we abort the decision

[rtu] abort of rtu_req from EP added - in case of error in the input data, error status is sent to SWcore, abort needs to be sent to RTU, otherwise SWcore gets lost

[RTU] added chipscope debugging (all commented out), declared/defined all inupts of DPRAM, f_pick input -> default request data

[RTU/TRU] fixed mess with forwarding of (broadcast/fast_forward/muliticast/linklimited) traffic to CPU

RTU: addressing the problem of forwarding urecognized broadcast traffic and other broadcast traffic (including HP) to CPU (Network InterFace, NIC) - this can cause the CPU to get stuck when the traffic is huge. This problem should be separately addressed in NIC. But RTU was extended with disabling (by default) HP and unrecognized broadcast traffic from being forwarded to CPU (it seems not useful there), however the behavior can be chaned with configuration

[TRU]: marker-triggered transition debugged and working, added more configuration so it works for different kinds of traffic (HP or given prio)

RTUeX: first kind-of-working version of the RTUeXtended: optimizing RTU for determinism (quick match/fast forward)  and adding interace with TRU
