Lattice Diamond tool related changes resulted
in clean targets for 'prom' stage added in some
other, non-Lattice Diamond Makefiles as well.
Related Testcases adjusted.

TODO: This behaviour might need to be checked
and improved later.

Adjusted testcases are passing in Linux.
