SDRAM ICs MT41K512 are outdated

MT41K512M8RH-125 is marked as obsolete by Micron.
Recommended replacement is now MT41K512M8DA-107.
They should work as drop-in replacement, no need to reconfigure MIG settings.

Also, I will add that AS4C512M8D3L-12BxN is an alternative part by Alliance, which guarantees 10-year supply of the chips. Haven't tested it, yet, but they do boast the compatibility, and FPGAs are not very demanding:
