kernel/spec-i2c.c: copied from fine-delay-sw

This file comes from commit 2050aba of fine-delay-sw (actually,
any version is the same, as I'm removing load and save in the next commit).

Similarly, fd_main_regs.h are copied here, as missing the golden binary
i'm using the fine-delay one for a start.
