All documentation is now under the doc/ directory. The input file is called doc/mini-ipc.in (it is readable by itself). To have all usual output formats you can run "make" withing ./doc but you need TexInfo installed.

Dependency on minirpc submodule has been removed and a folder minirpc has been created to replace it with the original code. The git history has not been kept.
