So far, only LDPC tx calibration was indicated by blinking link led,
now the same behavior was added when LPDC rx calibration is ongoing.

Make sure that the status LED does go green before the LPDC tx
calibration is finished.

Setting the options to force dot-config/IP over DHCP can
be dangerous. Until now, the switch would wait endlessly
in an infinite loop.

This commit introduces a way to escape the loop. This can
be done by connecting to the back UART and pressing any
key.

Now it represents the overall status of system clock:
- verification with NTP time
- leap seconds file

snmp: For WR extension, wrsPtpRTT is set with rawDelayMM
wr_mon: For WR extension, the value of delayMM displayed correspond to rawDelayMM

This field is set now to NA if the local leap second file is used

Since driver reads periodically MDIO registers (timer function to check
link state) and HAL reads periodically LPDC MDIO registers (through
ioctl call) it happened once in a while that ioctl read operation would be
interleaved with timer function. As a result HAL would get the value
read from a different MDIO register than the one requested. This had
caused occasional link restarts on LPDC ports.

The script files have been moved in host_tools directory.
