[BUG: #311] snmp/bridge_mib: fix dot1dBasePortTable.dot1dBasePortIfIndex 


Fix reporting of BRIDGE-MIB::dot1dBasePortIfIndex if VLAN (e.g., wri2.10)
or virtual interfaces (e.g., wri2:0) are present in the system.
