+Labview drivers for SPEXI board.
+
+The driver works on a SPEXI or SPEC board with the current FPGA version
+for the TDC. See documentation for more details.
+
+The driver is based on a new .inf file which now supports interrupts.
+The new inf file should replace the one delivered with the fine delay
+driver and works with both cards.  
+Together with the driver an ini file named "Driver\_TDC.ini" is
+included.  
+This file together with the FPGA bit file "spexi\_fmctdc1ns5cha.bin"
+from the subfolder "Bitfiles" should be placed on the RT system in the
+folder "C:\\ni-rt\\startup\\data\\".  
+Every time the driver is initialized the FPGA bit file is loaded into
+the FPGA, no matter what is in at that moment.
+
+The TDC driver from August 2017 on, implements White Rabbit. For the
