WRS: when using UDP on more than one port, problem with sync and BMCA

There are problems when using UDP for synchronization on more than one port. The problem is also with BMCA.

It looks like that the socket that suppose to handle UDP PTP packets on a specific port, collets packets from all ports configured as UDP. Due to that announces from all UDP ports appears on all UDP ports causing problems with BMCA function.
