Main power supply PMIC can't be turned off due to bad enable logic

The logic of circuit connected to IC21 enable input is wrong.
IC21 can be turned off only when both OVERTHERM_N = 0
and RST_N = 0
.
Moreover, I think that the R136 should be a pullup, not a pulldown.
Current assembly variants define that either R135
or R136
should be mounted.
I understand the intent behind this was that IC21 can be controlled either remotely by RST_N
, or permanently enabled.
However, if R136
is mounted then the PMIC is constantly disabled with no way to turn it on (well, if you exclude the OVERTHERM_N
).
