Tester card triggers pulses on input even when not enabled
This issue concerns tester cards that are connected directly on the RTM, powered and enabled by Lemo cables from the FM, and are used for both FM and RTM tests.
With the tester card plugged in and powered, but without the select lines connected, therefore a wrong connection, the right number of pulses may still be triggered on the inputs, possibly due to crosstalk. All in all, this yields that the test passes even though it shouldn't.
While this is not a hugely major issue, in that the pulse tester works with a proper connection (tester card is properly plugged in and the cable connections to the tester are made), the fact that the test passes when in fact it shouldn't is still an issue. More tests should be performed, possibly in a proper production environment, and if this is actually an issue, it should then be investigated and solved.
It should be stressed that the card works properly when it is properly plugged in and the cable connections from the FM are made, thus the "not a major issue" part above.
