Change of location LED3

Due to assembly issues, LED3 is going to be moved from center of the board to under FMC1 location.

Could you say a bit more on why this was changed? The center of the board seemed like a good position for this general-purpose LED.

I know this it is a good place, but unfortunately it is under through hole mounted push button, it is hard to solder it automatically. Of course If you dislike this, it may be reverted to previous position.

No hard objections to this. @augustofg @danielot any thoughts?

This one caught me by surprise. It is no longer compatible with the AFC faceplates that the boards ship with. I realized I'm 2 years late, but I'd prefer to keep in the center, or possibly leave the original LED3 location as a possible assembly location for those who want the LED to match up with existing faceplates.

Is there a new faceplate planned to match up with this new location? I just received an AFC v4.0.2 with faceplate, and it still had the hole for LED3 in the center.
