Check if U.FL connectors muxed with AMC port 0 by optional mounting are still useful

Are the four U.FL connectors (J18-J21) still useful for tests?

If not, we suggest to simply remove them.

@KMacias AFAIR CTI had some use-case with U.FL port 0?

One of our clients is using these connectors on AFCK card. I don't know of any other use case.

Mounted by default, disconnected with DNP capacitors.
