Add a pull-down resistor in the ADBUS7 pin (FT4232H-56Q)

    The USB_JTAG_ACTIVE signal should not be left floating when the FT4232H isn't powered / active. Adding a 10K pull-down resistor directly to ADBUS7 (before R336) fixes that.
