Connect FMC I2C pull-up resistors to FMC_3P3VAUX

    I2C pull-ups on FMC lines (I2CMUX6, I2CMUX7) should be connected to FMC_3P3VAUX instead of P3V3. This will allow to read FRU Info from FMC EEPROM when P3V3 is not present.
