Simplify SATA circuit

At LNLS we have never seen any use for the SATA connectors on the boards. Does anyone have a concrete use case for those connectors?

If not, we propose removing the SATA connectors and freeing space on the PCB.

I haven't seen use of these connectors either. But maybe @Greg knows about any appliance of those.

we were using them for development, but later on, I designed AMC to SATA adapters so they are not needed anymore. We use SATA instead of SFPs for internal connectivity of gigabit links.

SATA deleted. I left only PORT3 to LVDS assembly option.
