Now, almost all (with the exception of the dev_io.c which
will be fixed soon) specific code to a board is
located inside include/board/<board_name> and
src/board/<board_name>

This is a first setp into modularizing the source code into
independent components. We would like to move as much as
possible functionality into independent libraries (src/libs).

This is just for campatibilty with AFCv3 , as we have a
maximum of 2 acq SMIOs for it and must define the MACRO
to a suitable value.
