Together with a previous commit (WIP: update ppsi monitor for new PPSI)
--support new version of PPSI (the same as WRS v6.0)
--Make to look similar to wr_mon on WRS v6.0
--Add partial redraw; limits bandwith on a serial link and reduces CPU utilization
--requires full implementation of pp_printf due to 64bit support and spacing
  before printed values
