Addition of board specific OID that we need to control the timing output (10MHz or 100MHz) of the Virgo Demonstrator WR-node via i2c. The board specific implementation of the required functionality is present on the branch "spec7_virgo_demo-v5.0_kvg" on the boards/spec7/board.c(+ .h)
