The system can boot with or without WRITE expansion board support.
FPGA and LM32 binaries will be loaded according to the CONFIG_WITH_HO varible.
Also, the software has been adapted to a larger RAM section in the LM32 linker,
thus changing mailbox spll_stat addresses.
