syslog improvements

Syslog format needs improvements:

the name of daemon that inputs syslog message is not correctly placed (many daemons are reported as wr-switch)
the priority/severity is not properly printed

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
