P1 bringup: Add options for caps on SD data lines

DIOT have had issues with reading different SD cards, due to ringing on SD data lines. To reduce this caps have been added to the data lines. WRSv4 has some ringing, but not as bad as DIOT. Suggest adding options to fit 0402 caps from SD data lines to GND (on PS side of resistor) incase we see problems in the future. Updated DIOT schematics should be available in Jan for reference.
