P1 bringup: Expansion board "CLK2_BIDIR_P/N" nets misleading

The nets CLK2_BIDIR_P/N on the expansion board connector are not bidirectional but come directly from the HMC7044 PLL on the main board. The net names should be updated to reflect this. See schematics below, the net and harness names change between sheets for some reason.
