Connecting PSU via PMBus

The Power Supply (https://www.3ypower.com/en/product/1uredundant/YH5151-1EBR.html) that we use supports Support PMBus 1.1. Yet, it does not seem there is a connector foreseen to have it connected.

Add connector and connect properly pins to SoC to allow accessing diagnostics of PS from Linux

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
