JTAG support to the Extension board

Not sure if there's a strong use-case to connect the two JTAG chains (eg: allow one JTAG chain throughout the system, including the Expansion board) but per the v1.0 schematic, it looks like the FMC connector is just looping back the JTAG to the expansion board
Having some options with some 0-ohm SMD resistors to connect (or not) may be the most flexible option
It does look like I2C pins on the FMC are connected to the main board
