P1 bringup: 10MHz/62.5MHz out double terminated

The 10MHz front panel output and 62.5MHz internal SMA outputs are double terminated (before and after transformer). We should only fit one of these terminations. For now I've removed R385 and R389 (after transformer). The output AC coupling caps can also be reduced to say 10nF to avoid slowing clock edges.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
