P1 bringup: OLED connector placement

The OLED connector is too far away from the front of the board, which results in the OLED not fitting in the front panel.

The connector should be brought forward to account for the routing of the OLED FFC to the panel. OLED mechanical drawings are here

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
