P1 bringup: 5V for IC18 and IC36

Both power supply ICs (IRPS5401MTRPBF) need 5V to go out of sleep mode, and also to power internal MOSFETs. The problem is that the 5V is generated by the IC itself, so it never goes out of sleep. It is therefore impossible to flash the configuration using the PMBus / I2C probe.

Solution: connect both 5V outputs of each IC (IC18: P5V_DRV_P0V85, IC36: P5V_DRV_P0V9) to the 5V of the ATX connector J10. 5V available on following pins of J10: 4, 6, 21, 22, 23 (see picture below)
