P1 bringup: missing resistor on USB PHY crsytal
On most of the boards (all but 1), the crystal (X1) connected to USB host PHY (IC8) never starts, which prevents USB from working.
According to USB3320 (IC8) datasheet (p.61), a 1 MΩ resistor should be placed between the crystal pins 1 & 3, or between USB3320 pins 25 & 26, as shown below:
Moreover, crystal X1 (ECS-240-20-30B) datasheets says that 20 pF load capacitors should be used instead of 22 pF on the current schematic. Nevertheless, adding the 1 MΩ resistor is enough for the crystal to start and the USB to work.
