adding Kintex-7 support

    Kintex7 support includes 16-bit PCS interface, Kintex7 GTX wrapper and a reference top design (top/kintex7_ref_design/wr_core_demo/).

    To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
