Provide HDL wrapper module to facilitate WRPC instantiation
With WRPC v4.0 we have reorganized the wr-cores repository. We now provide not only the WR PTP Core component and SPEC reference design, but also:
- Platform Support Packages for Xilinx and Altera containing FPGA-specific components like SerDes, PLLs
- Board Support Packages for SPEC, SVEC, VFC-HD containing WRPC with appropriate Platform Support Package and other component required to run WRPC on a given board
