Needs to have a special version of raw_input to
correctly respond to EOF

This version is the one uploaded in ohwr.org at the moment of this commit.

It adds new features like --yes option, prints progress on the screen
and shows the state of the entire run.

Some modifications have been done in order to give less path-dependency
to this script. This needs to be modified to make the modifications
completely transparent (check at the beginning, lines commented with
jdgc tag).

These were overlooked and should not remain there

Now this can be run under python 2.4 and above.

Suppressed with statements, try/except/finally clauses
and hashlib

Use str() or repr() instead
