- Reference to mnobd.cdc from openCONFIGURATOR Demo_3CN project.
- Revise demo application to Demo_3CN project.
- Rename mnobd char textfile and converter tool to avoid confusion with
  mnobd.txt.
- Add mnobd_char.txt file generation to documentation.
