Feature/setup instructions

Tim Powell requested to merge feature/setup_instructions into release/ui

Setup instructions have been generalised so they now work on both Raspbain OS and Armbian OS. README instructions have been updated to reflect the new instructions. It has been tested on both a Raspberry Pi 4 4GB model B running Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 (buster) OS and ASUS TinkerBoard S running Armbian Buster XFCE Desktop OS.
