Version numbering in volume from buffer pressure branch

Use the pressure in the buffer to calculate the volume leaving the buffer during inhale. This branch has already a calculation implemented to this. The calculated volume was logged and it seemms to be similar to the value read in Labview.

TODO: To log the data the dataformat in common.h and CommsCommon.py were changed. Therefore, the version number of the communication protocol has to be changed.
