Develop testcase names

I have updated testcase names so the naming is consistent:

Testcases have got _ in front of the number
Testcases without number have been changed to include the number of the directory

This makes it easier to see which testcase fails.

The changes are made in two commits, if for some reason both changes are not accepted.
