Addition of a register in wb_uart to show the endianess

The purpose of this issue is to add a 32-bit register which will have a specific value, for example AABBCCDD. The user will be able to check the endianess by reading this register. If the value is printed as it is then the endianess is big, otherwise the endianess is little.
