Suggested improvements to make the FPGA device id document easier to understand for beginners and non-experts

The main changes involve the addition of a figure containing an example which is then used in the document to clarify the different concepts. Also the use of UK English throughout and the new nomenclature agreed in the BE-CO-HT section.
