I have been forced to squash the commit where the Cadence/archive
subdirectory and its compressed tarball form were added, or otherwise
all operations of the repository would incur in a crazy amount of disk
space consumption, replication and computational overhead. So this
commit encompasses two:

Add changes for fmc_tlu_v1f and squash
Deleting files in an attempt to commit to Git
