small modification to prev commit and the actual v1.0.

	Solve the restart inconsistency in SFP1.
	Add relative calibration parameters in doc folder.
	Manually align the 10M and PPS.

  merge cute_a7_125M to cute_a7_full_design

  modify bug in Makefile

	Set initialization of the gen10mhz->csr to 22.
        In this setting, the 10 MHz and PPS signals are aligned.

	There is a bug in LM32. The wr-ptp servo can't track phase.
	And it happends once when testing.

  add top module cute_a7_ref_design and its project file.
