HW: Incorrect silkscreen label on PCB version resistor
The designators/labels of 2 resistors in the PCB version number circuit,
are swapped on the layout (in silkscreen).
The layout itself is correct. However, as only one of the two resistors
is meant be mounted, the prototypes manufacturer has soldered in the
wrong one, based on the label shown on the PCB.
Normally the pick-and-place machine should have done this and this error
should not have occured (and ironically the bug would not have been
discovered).
As a result the prototypes received did not have the right resistor
layout and were internall identified as earlier than v4 boards, and the
fast burst functionality was disabled.
