Add PMISSE bit for each channel in SR
In the current version of the gateware, the pulse missed error lights up the front panel ERR LED and sets the PMISSE bit in the board SR. However, since there is only one PMISSE bit, it is shared among the six channels and the only way to detect which channel caused the PMISSE bit to set is to read the timetag buffer and check on which channel the timetags are spaced apart by less than the pulse max. period. This in turn means that if more pulses arrive and the samples in the timetag buffer useful to detect the PMISSE error get overwritten before the timetag buffer is read, it is virtually impossible to determine exactly which channel caused a pulse miss error.
Adding one PMISSE bit per channel in the SR would make the pulse miss error more trackeable. However, it would almost completely fill up the board's SR, leaving only one status bit in the SR unused and thus not many more errors or status bits can be added to the gateware without implementing another status register.
It is therefore to be discussed whether this feature should be implemented or not.
