This test allows to send the board with the proper PCI values in VENDOR ID,
DEVICE ID for the SPEC board.

It was needed to convert the .mcs file to binary one.

It is not needed because the new bar code reader don't put
a comma between the readings.

This redefines raw_input to return 'y' always in case of
EOF, and closes stdin so that --yes forces this behaviour
when requested to do so.

This is mostly redundant: it has to be decided by the testers
what they really want.

Needs to have a special version of raw_input to
correctly respond to EOF
