A: No. The idea of creating a "binary" file was broken. Hdlmake is written in Python and there is no idea to "build" it, as it gets interpreted on the fly. If you want to be able to run hdlmake conveniently, you may put a script named hdlmake in /usr/bin and call python with hdlmake's path from inside
