Clarity of 1.2c in -L and -S
From one of the reviewers:
"It's a tough paragraph to parse and get at the intended meaning. Correct me if I'm wrong, but basically you need to be able to treat IP in your product which isn't under OHL-L/S as if it is, as well as fulfil the IP's other obligations (if any)? Although it's implicit there, it'd be worth mentioning those IPs are not considered as re-licensed under the OHL-L/S."
