The Zynq Ultrascale+ System-on-Module (SoM) is designed to be compatible with the DIOT Zynq Ultrascale-based System Board. In addition the product offers more high speed transceivers and more IO for added user flexibility in the end application.

Power and Signal connectivity to the SoM is through 3x 400-pin low profile high density connectors. The SoM dimensions are compatible with integration onto a 3U high x 6TE wide electronic card (depending on the user heatsinking solution).

The SoM base design includes a machined heatspreader for good thermal management of all components, allowing easy heatsinking integration depending on the end user requirements. An additional connector is provided for fan power and control.

The SoM is commercially available.

When the SoM is mounted on a DIOT System Board SoM Carrier the combined functionality is equivalent to the DIOT Zynq Ultrascale-based System Board.
