DIOT Dummy Peripheral Board
The ‘dummy’ peripheral board is part of the Distributed I/O Tier ecosystem. Its main purpose is to connect a Rear Transition Module (RTM) to the System Board. It supplies power to the RTM card, redirects the LVDS pairs of the peripheral slot to the RTM slot, and interacts with the RTM_SHARED_BUS through an open-drain I2C I/O expander.
