userspace/tools: mandatory white space fixes (no change)

You can "diff -w" or "show -w" and see there is no difference. I
didn't shorten long lines nor anything "major", I just removed
trailing spaces, that are highlighted in my editor, and fixed
inconsistencies in indentation within functions.
