Release v3.1
The new release of the starting kit add new features, including interrupts and pulse train generation.
It has been fully tested under Ubuntu LTS 16.04 and 18.04.
Warning: For this release a valid FMC EEPROM is mandatory, if it is not your case please check section 3.5 of the documentation in pdf to create it.

- Generation of a pulse train
- with a configurable frequency, width and number of pulses (including indefinite) starting at given TAI
- with the possibility of updating the pulse width during generation
- Generation of interrupts (virtual channel 5):
- with a configurable frequency
- starting at a given TAI
- that are timestamped
- Leap second information added to timestamps provided by the FMC-DIO to the software
- Demo application that uses the interrupt generation and timestamps with leap seconds
- Possibility to mask interrupts in the FMC-DIO module
